Our development is planned to be a secure site with 37 properties (Mixed 2 Bed, 3 Bed and 4 Bed Homes) on 12 Rai (19.200 SM) of land. Set in the village of Non Sila (GOOGLE MAP), alongside the local school and having wonderful uninterupted views over green lush countryside.

Situated 4km from the main highspeed motorway link between Bangkok and Isaan, 15km from Ban Phai and 40km from Khon Kaen. Our plans are drawn and the land is ready for building, and they show truly wonderful houses with quality German fittings and full air conditioning throughout with fully guaranteed workmanship for 5 years. Ouside manicured lawns and lush vegitation will lead to a communal swimming pool and the larger homes will have their own private swimming pools and jacuzzies. 24 hour security will ensure that if you decide to simply use your home for a holiday let you will have no concerns when you are away.

All homes have a terrace for relaxing on and our homes start at 2.1Million Thb up to 7 Million Thb.

Management fees of approx $25 a month will provide 24 Hour Security on site, the fees will ensure the lawns and vegitation is watered and tendered, it will maintain the swimming pool and pay for rubbish collection as well as general maintainence.

Our standard payment terms are 30% non refundable deposit, a further 2 payments of 25% during the build process and a final payment of 20% - build time approximately 7 months.

Fees are generally in the region of $2500, to include Lawyers fees, Land Registry fees, setting up of utilities and cable/satellite TV services. If you require us to install a home telephone and broadband connection this can be arranged for an extra fee, as can water storage facilities and electricity generators (both for for emergencies and water collection during the rainy season).

Our homes are unfurnished but can be furnished at your request.

Our Thai Lawyers can also deal with all Visa Issues, Work Permits, Company Formation, opening of Bank Accounts and obtaining Driving Licences Etc.

We already have plans to build a further site adjacent to this development and we intend to put a tennis court, a gymnasium, a restaurant and bar on site which would be open to all residents.
